Kuratas - Because We Knew Japan Would Do It.

The Kuratas can be operated either by climbing into a cockpit or with an iPhone app, or slaved to a remote hand-held controller. And this is where you’ll want to be sitting down: you can customize and purchase your own Kuratas, for a mere $1.35 million.

In short, japan has officially begun to manufacture personal mecha that can be operated by individuals. At 1.35-1.5 million dollars per mecha, that's a step price that most people won't be able to afford... but understand what this is - It's a step.

The first step.

The beginning.

Now that it's publically known as possible, this shit will get picked up, improved, expanded on, made more widespread. This is the prototype for m***********g gundams.

They can be controlled by humans (facial recognition makes it so it will only fire when the target smiles. This is apparently to discourage use of personal f*****g gundam during anger), or remotely by smart phones.

Isn't siri on a smart phone? Can we control a personal m**********g gundam with an AI?
